RAPID CITY, S.D. (Sept. 19, 2017) – Regional Health Rapid City Hospital recently received a Kohl’s Cares grant to implement an evidence-based program called KidShape 2.0. The program will strive to increase the knowledge of healthy behaviors related to nutrition, physical activity, and healthy efficacy among community youth and families.
“We are so grateful for the Kohl’s support. Regional Health is always looking for ways to help our patients and communities live well,” said Pediatrics and Advanced Care Pediatrics Nurse Manager Kamela Johnson. “The Kohl’s Cares grant provides us the needed resources to make an impact on the health of our community. We are very excited to implement the Kidshape 2.0 program with the Kohl’s Cares grant.”
