If you have tried conventional weight management but did not achieve your weight-loss goal, weight loss medications may be an option.
Patients interested in weight loss medications must have an initial consultation with our medical provider to discuss the prescription medications available, their side effects and potential complications. If you are a candidate for weight-loss medications, you will begin working with our provider and dietitian on lifestyle changes necessary for long-term success.
In 2017, HMR was ranked the No. 1 Fast Weight Loss Diet by U.S. News & World Report’s annual diet rankings for the second year in a row. HMR’s program for weight management is one of the most effective weight-loss options available. This comprehensive weight-loss plan uses HMR foods and coaches to prepare you for a lifetime of healthier living. This program will help you achieve your weight-loss goals with Healthy Solutions, and you will leave the program with the tools and skills you need to maintain your lower weight.
This plan allows individuals to achieve meaningful weight loss by integrating diet, physical activity and weekly coaching. A medical assessment with our provider will ensure your safety throughout the meal replacement program.
The meal replacement program consists of two phases:
Healthy Solutions Phase 1 – Active weight loss phase: To lose the most weight, you’ll only eat HMR shakes, entrees, fruits and vegetables in place of your meals and snacks. Since you don’t have to think about what to eat, you can focus on learning and practicing new healthier skills you can use for life. You will have weekly group meetings with our dietitian.
Healthy Solutions Phase 2 – Maintenance phase: During this phase you may continue to lose weight and will maintain the weight loss already achieved. You will continue to use some supplements.
Many people struggle to lose weight and keep it off. If your weight is starting to affect your health and your way of life, and you’ve tried other weight loss methods without success, it may be time to consider weight-loss (bariatric) surgery. Weight-loss surgery has been life-changing for many people. Is it right for you?
