Senior Care

Welcome to Regional Senior Care!

At Regional Health, our caregivers are committed to providing compassionate and dependable care to our residents and welcome the involvement of family and friends. Our facilities of care in Custer and Sturgis are state licensed and designed to meet the emotional and physical needs of residents, as well as encourage them to maintain their individuality and independence. Regional Senior Care offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing Care and several of our facilities also offer adult daycare and respite care.

Independent Living residences provide a friendly, community environment for active adults. This service is for independent individuals who do not require assistance with daily living activities.

Skilled Nursing provides long-term skilled nursing care, as well as physical, occupational, and/or speech therapy when medically needed. Medical management is provided based on the needs of each resident. Skilled Nursing is also available to assist individuals recovering from surgery, injury, or a serious illness. Our short-term and long-term care is provided for all residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Assisted Living is a health care alternative combining independence with personal care in a friendly, dignified, community setting. Assisted Living is for independent individuals who may need some assistance with their daily living activities.

Assisted living care promotes maximum independence and dignity and encourages the involvement of family, friends, and neighbors.

When searching for quality arrangements for your loved ones, it’s important to consider a variety of components when comparing facilities.  It is important that the facility is licensed in several levels of care and provides medical staff and care 24 hours a day. The facility should also provide dependable, comforting care that promotes wellness and an array of activities. It’s valuable to choose a care facility that provides laundry services, meal plans and snacks, administration of medications, and a call system for emergencies. Regional Health is proud to provide the care and services listed above, as well as accessible home health care and programs that advocate independence and dignity.
