CENTER FOR LEADERSHIP & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
With a total revamp of the way we approach development at Regional Health, the Center for Leadership and Professional Development brings a collaborative learning model that was created by leaders and caregivers. This new approach also offers caregivers and leaders the opportunity to best practice and network with each other to enhance their development process with valued discussion.

To ensure that we have the quality staff that we need to care for our patients in the future, Regional Health is committed to the education of current and future caregivers. We provide accredited training and educational programs for physicians, nurses, pharmacists, allied health professionals, and technicians.
TRANSITIONAL CARE PROGRAM
After your hospitalization, your provider may recommend a stay in one of our transitional care beds to provide continued care during your recovery. Regional Health’s transitional care program is designed to meet your individual rehabilitation needs and offers an expert team of healthcare professionals who will partner with you, your family and the provider to customize your care as you continue to heal and recover.
The right team of nurses is capable of transforming health care. Regional Health nurses are professional and passionate, and we support one another. Our vision at Regional Health is to be one team, to listen, to be inclusive, and to show we care. To do the right thing. Every time. If you share this philosophy, we hope you’ll join us.
