This one-day class (9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) is designed for the busy, expectant family. Mothers and their support person(s) are encouraged to attend this class during the seventh or eighth month of pregnancy. Questions will be answered regarding the process of labor, delivery and what happens after. The class includes a tour of our birthing suites.
A major symptom of cancer and cancer treatment is fatigue. This class will go over techniques that can help lessen fatigue and gain/conserve energy. You will learn tactics to get better sleep, practical ways to schedule activities and other methods for fighting fatigue. Located in the Regional Health Cancer Care Institute conference room and
