Shift Differentials
Regional Health offers competitive shift differentials to many different caregivers within the organization including Registered Nurses, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Patient Care Technicians, and Environmental Services. Differentials are offered for holidays, weekday evening and night shifts, plus weekend days, evenings, and night shifts.

Tuition Assistance
At Regional Health we believe in investing in our caregivers. Providing them with educational opportunities and financial resources enables them to succeed further. We encourage all caregivers to consider furthering their education.

Talent Acquisition (Referral) Program
At Regional Health we strive to attract and retain top talent and appreciate referrals from our caregivers. The Referral Program provides caregivers with an opportunity to submit a referral and become eligible for a cash bonus that is payable after six months of employment by the new hire.  Eligible positions vary and bonus range.

Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program is designed to recognize problems and help our employees and their family members work through them. Trained counselors will work with the employee and management to determine the causes of stressful situations and develop an action plan to help the individual cope with or resolve the problem.
