Regional Health is seeking a full-time physician who is BE/BC in nephrology to join our well-established and progressive practice at Rapid City Hospital in Rapid City, SD. Our Neonatologists oversee a 28-bed, Level III NICU, offering comprehensive neonatal care including high frequency ventilation, iNO and whole body cooling. There is no in-house call due to support of a highly-skilled, cohesive group of neonatal nurse practitioners, registered nurses and lactation consultants.
Regional Health Rapid City Hospital is a 417-bed, Level II trauma hospital. The hospital has 2,026 annual delivers, 208 annual NICU admissions, and a daily average census of 13. There are approximately 61 transports a year that occur via a NNP-led team. Sub-specialty pediatric support includes neurology, endocrinology, orthopedics and cardiology.
